On Saturday January 5th, 2008 site excavation started. It just took one day to excavate out over 200 sq. yds. (some space from adjacent plots) and about 11 feet below the road level.
Needless to say there was a lot of water, at least three feet of standing water. To extract the water we put in three water pumps with over twenty different bores to continuously suck the water out. There is significant cost associated with renting each pump and then paying for the gasoline.
